You can cancel a booked tutoring session up to 24 hours before its start time and receive a full refund of that session, no reason needed.

Inside 24 hours, the session is treated as taught and is not refundable, because the slot can no longer be offered to anyone else. If something serious comes up, tell us anyway and we will do what we reasonably can.

Where sessions were bought as a package, cancelling one session with more than 24 hours' notice returns that session to your balance rather than ending the package.

Our mock exams are digital downloads made available immediately after purchase. Because access is granted instantly, purchases are generally non-refundable once the materials have been accessed or downloaded.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights. Where the law grants a right to cancel digital purchases, that right may be waived once you access the content, you will be asked to acknowledge this at checkout.

If a product is faulty, corrupted, or materially not as described, contact us and we will correct the issue or provide a refund where appropriate.

If you were charged twice or purchased in error and have not accessed the materials, contact us promptly and we will review a refund.
