Booking and payment
- Sessions are online by default. In-person tutoring can be arranged where it’s practical, so just ask when you enquire and we’ll let you know honestly if we can reach you.
- Group sessions are also available in certain circumstances. If you’re interested, ask when you enquire and we’ll let you know whether it would work well for what you need.
- You can cancel a session up to 24 hours before it starts and receive a full refund. See our refund policy for the full details.
- Payment is made by bank transfer directly to your tutor. There’s nothing to set up and no card details to provide.
